Leadership: the position or function of a leader, a person who guides or directs a group. Leadership to me is an individual or a group of people coming together and guiding something, a indivdual or a group of people. Leaders are literally everywhere.  In your school, your community and country. 

If  you are a leader then you just run things, but you have to have a great deal of responsibility. In general you just have to have specific qualitys. Leaders have to get along with other people and know how to be “the boss.” Leaders have to know what they are doing and know it well. You have to lead people in the right direction.  Anyone can be a leader.
